At AlmaTierra Restaurant, our goal is to serve elevated farm-to-table cuisine inspired by the various regions of Mexico. Our chef has crafted dishes inspired by our Mexican grandmothers with a touch of fine dining. In addition to sourcing our meats, produce, and cheeses from local farmers, we also grow many of our own fruits and vegetables in the resort’s garden.
We offer our own homemade pastries, signature flatbreads, sourdough, buns, and croissants, all made in-house and baked in our signature Italian-designed outdoor oven. The olive oil served at the resort comes from the property’s many olive trees. Last year alone, we harvested 150 liters of virgin olive oil.
Breakfast is served daily at AlmaTierra Restaurant (the meal is included for hotel guests.) We offer everything from the classic continental breakfast to chilaquiles, omelettes, waffles, and other options made to order.
The Restaurant serves a selection of fine Valle de Guadalupe wines, award-winning craft Mexican beer, and a full liquor bar. We have indoor seating for 70, outside patio and sports bar seating for 120, and Skybar seating for 50.
