AlmaTierra Restaurant

Almatierra Restaurants goal is to serve elevated farm-to-table cuisine inspired by the various regions of Mexico. The restaurants chef has crafted dishes inspired by Mexican grandmothers with a touch of fine dining. In addition to sourcing meats, produce, and cheeses from local farmers, the restaurant also grows many fruits and vegetables in the resort’s garden.

AlmaTierra Restaurant offers homemade pastries, signature flatbreads, sourdough, buns, and croissants, all made in-house and baked in the restaurants signature Italian-designed outdoor oven. The olive oil served at the resort comes from the property’s many olive trees. Last year alone, They harvested 150 liters of virgin olive oil.

Chef Adrián Venegas

Chef Adrián Venegas is originally from Guadalajara and has specialized in Japanese, Vietnamese, French and signature cuisine, without neglecting the important division of hotel restaurants. Previously, he had the pleasure of participating in different award-winning Mexican restaurants, such as Malva Restaurante in Ensenada, Restaurante Pitiona in Oaxaca, and Koma in CDMX, to name a few. Some of the chefs featured in his mentorship include Roberto Alcocer, José Manuel Baños, Alejandro Zarate, Mikel Alonso and Gerard Bellver.

A place of refined elegance that also has an event hall and a wine cellar, that will surely be one of your favorite escapes to this land of pleasure and wine.

Breakfast is served daily at Almatierra Restaurant, offering everything from the classic continental breakfast to chilaquiles, omelettes, waffles, and other options made to order.

The Restaurant serves a selection of fine Valle de Guadalupe wines, award-winning craft Mexican beer, and a full liquor bar. With indoor seating for 70, outside patio and sports bar seating for 120, and Skybar seating for 50. AlmaTierra is among the best  restaurants in Valle de Guadalupe.

On the terrace, AlmaTierra’s bar features two huge TVs streaming high-definition sporting events. Enjoy a craft beer, including the biggest brands in Mexico, as you watch the game.
